Formed in 1995, TSI Structures have firmly established themselves as a company with an excellent reputation, specialising in the design, fabrication and erection of structural steelwork.

 

It is the policy of the directors to endeavor to provide a cost effective and efficient service where safety, quality and client satisfaction are second to none.

 

All design is carried out in-house, so we are therefore able to offer a full interactive design and build service, working with project Engineers to offer design solutions and value engineering.

 

Project co-ordination and CAD detailing is carried out by our in-house drawing office, with our structural engineers readily on hand to assist with the smooth running of your project.

3D modelling and detailing is carried out using Autodesk Advance Steel which allows the direct input of architects and engineers drawings and 3D models, enabling us to create co-ordinated models that are issued part of the BIM process.

 

Our production facilities offer the flexibility to cater for most forms of structural steelwork and are capable of producing up to 80 tonnes of fabricated steelwork per week.

All our fabrication is carried out in accordance with the National Structural Steelwork Specification for Building Construction – 7th Edition and our manufacturing process is UKCA marked to EN1090-1 Execution Class 2.

 

Our contracts team visit site prior to commencement of our works and provide all the necessary Health & Safety and CDM documentation, method statements, lifting plans and risk assessments, prepared specifically for each individual project. We have safety partnerships with several Main Contractors and are always working to expand and develop these further. 

 

Erection is carried out by our own erection teams or specialist subcontractors and is fully co-ordinated by erection department. All site teams are fully aware of the high standards in Health & Safety and Quality that we and our customers expect.
