Shot blasting and painting is carried out in our specialist facility at Aylsham in Norfolk. Blasting is carried out after fabrication and painting carried out within 4 hours of blasting. We generally use either single pack or 2 pack Sherwin Williams primer paint system for our own projects although other options are available to suit your needs.

We now offer a subcontract service of blasting and painting structural steelwork and we have recently installed a Pangborn SES 4D1500/1300V shot blasting machine with the help of a grant through the New Anglia Small Grant Scheme.

The new machine has an opening width of 1500 and height of 1300 and this has allowed us to offer larger capacity for blasting and improved turnaround for painting work.
